Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy is the safe, gentle infusion of warm purified water into the rectum using no chemicals or drugs that will effectively remove waste from the large intestine. This is a restorative, painless procedure that is both relaxing and effective. By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis (a series of organized muscle contractions that happen within the digestive tract). This process will happen a few times during a session. The entire procedure takes approximately 45 minutes. The colon hydrotherapy method cleanses the entire colon without stressing the individual.

Colon Hydrotherapy is an ancient practice dating back 4000 years and still many are unfamiliar with how important cleansing the colon is to our overall health. The equipment we will be using is FDA approved and meets ISO standards for medical devices. For those of you familiar with the different equipment used, we are using the Hydro-San Plus system. You are probably more familiar with the term colonic. Colon hydrotherapy is not a colonic or a glorified enema. Colonics and enemas are both methods of cleansing the lower bowel with water. Colon hydrotherapy takes cleansing the colon four significant steps further:

• It creates a slow gentle administration of water into the bowel and is effective and able to cleanse entire length of the large intestine all the way to the cecum
• Because low amounts of water are being introduced, balances within the bowel are much less likely to be disrupted
• Water is now able to gently enter the bowel and "seep" into the "nooks and crannies" allowing the water to soften and loosen hardened feces
• By changing the water temperature during the course of the session, we are now able to stimulate the muscles of the bowel itself, thus creating a toning effect, which eliminates the possibility of dependency on colonics

The colon requires more cleansing then any other organ in the body. We should have 3 good bowel movements a day. If we eat 3 meals a day and only eliminate once a day, or once every few days, what happens to all the un-eliminated waste matter? For optimal health it is vital to keep your colon healthy. The following are signs and symptoms of a toxic body: poor elimination, poor digestion, stomach bloating, gas, fatigue and low energy, weight gain, menstrual problems, premature aging, poor skin & blemishes, headaches, lower back pain, brain fog & poor memory, depression, loss of smell and taste, bad breath, body odor, arthritis, low immunity, yeast problems, candida, parasites, food allergies, and more.

We use the Hydrosan equipment designed by Specialty Health Products. Additionally, our state-of-the-art unit is sterilized after each session with a wavicide solution. The equipment used is manufactured through compliance with strict FDA guidelines that dictate rigorous accountability. Rolf Structural Integration

Nutritional Microscopy

Many people are just catching on to this exciting field which has actually been with us for nearly as long as the microscope. Why is it still so unknown and what is it? Nutritional Microscopy is the observation of living blood cells and dried blood under a powerful microscope in order to gain some perspective as to the health of an individual. Western medicine, as we know it, is based on the accepted hypothesis of monomorphism (the germ theory), which supports pharmaceutical sales and treatments designed to seek and destroy a perceived cause of disease. Nutritional Microscopy evaluates living tissue which can provide volumes of helpful insight for the participant, so that they may bring about change in their bodies through natural means. Nutritional Microscopy is not regularly used as a mainstream medical evaluation tool because of its ability to witness the biological terrain of a body undergoing pleomorphic (the morphing of microorganisms from one state to another) conditions, which is in direct conflict with current health-care practices.

With the help of an IMA (International Microscopy Association) certified Nutritional Microscopist, one can gain invaluable information when evaluating the blood for insight into why they may be feeling a certain way. A few of the observations we can make through this work are:

• The level of activity of the immune system
• The condition of the red blood cells
• Liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, lung, prostate, ovary, breast and other organ stress
• Detection of the presence of parasites, yeast, fungus, mold, and the degree of pleomorphic activity

Nutritional Microscopy is not a diagnostic tool. Our goal with Nutritional Microscopy would be to enlist nutritional ideas on how to naturally affect body chemistry to feel better than ever. As a society, we have become too wrapped up in this idea of identifying an illness to treat or culprit to kill, rather than narrowing down a causal root for certain symptoms. These are not the same thing at all. You will never come to the CRC to be diagnosed with a dis-ease. This allows one to see with their own eyes the true source of physical imbalances in the body.

Upon your first visit with Christy, you will spend nearly 2 hours becoming more familiar with this fascinating field, while having the opportunity to see your own blood in action. Through sharing her knowledge of certain observable qualities of this remarkable living tissue, she will offer an action plan of how to improve the quality of your cells. This may involve all areas of nutrition, yoga, colon hydrotherapy, cellular feasting and certain herbs that can offer a profound shift in your body chemistry through simple and natural means. You will also be given pictures of your blood to take home with you as a frame of reference for further work, should you pursue it.
