The purpose of the Cell Rejuvenation Center is to honor the magnificence of the human body and foster it's natural ability to heal itself through the promotion of several select modalities. Our cells regenerate every 32 to 42 hours, so by feeding them through these means, they will renew in a way that is supportive to the language of the body and restore the terrain so that disease cannot survive. What this means is that you may reclaim your body from the limits of the medical paradigm and bring health and balance to your life naturally and on your terms, once and for all.

Yin Yoga Class Added
Due to the popularity of our new Yin/Yang Yoga classes, starting in March we will be adding an additional Yin class at 11:00am on Tuesday’s. Special March Events with lululemon Lake Oswego
For the month of March, we will be the studio of the month at lululemon’s Lake Oswego location. Our teachers will be leading students through a special one hour 9am class at their studio every Saturday. If you are looking for a bit of a change to your schedule, come join us for this free class. Saturday, March 6th, 13th and 27th will include a shortened version of the Bikram series, while Saturday the 20th will be a Yin class. Also, following the Yin Yoga class on March 20th will be a special CRC Rejuvenation Day which will include 5 minute facials with Terri, live food hosted by the Yummy Tummy Oasis and some other special treats. Mark Your Calendar - Acutonics
In March and April, join us every Saturday night, for a special Acutonics event with well-known sound healing and meditation specialist, Adona Bobbie Bay.
